Mrs Rebecca Jeffreys is the Registered Manager.
Rebecca joined CTS in 2013 as a Support Worker, working days and nights at our Bridgwater Court Service. In 2015 Rebecca became the shift leader for two years, progressing to become the registered manager of Bridgwater Court in 2017.
Rebecca realised early on in her career that supporting individuals who have Mental Health and Learning Disabilities was her passion.
Rebecca has gathered an array of qualifications including her NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management, PBM diploma and Level 5 Health and Safety.
In 2018 Rebecca won the Care and Support West award for the Registered Home Manager of the year.
Bridgwater Court provides community residential accommodation and care for people with intellectual/learning disabilities and/or autism. Individuals may also have mental health needs and require a positive approach to understanding their behaviours. Staff provide good relational security which enables individuals to achieve greater independence, social inclusion and quality of life in their own community.
The home is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide Care Home Services without Nursing for 12 adults aged 18-65 years who may have Learning Disability and/or Autism and/or Mental Health needs. The care provided is based on a positive behavioural support model which is delivered within the least restrictive practice.
Bridgwater Court is a property that offers accommodation and personal care for a maximum of 12 individuals. It is a cluster of self-contained 1 and 2 bedroom flats set in a residential area with easy access to the town centre and all its amenities. Many local services are within easy travelling distance.
It is a property with wide corridors and a communal stairwell to access all the flats allowing easy access for individuals who may have mobility difficulties. Outside there is a pleasant private garden and patio area. The flats are all self-contained offering individual expression and a high standard of living.
The staff office and sleep over room is located on the top floor of the house. There are separate amenities for the night staff and there is space for meetings and on-site training.The house is fitted throughout with smoke detectors, telephone and television aerial points. There is also CCTV fitted in the communal areas.
We have just had a visit from our daughter she came with Claire and Charlie. Myself and my wife are very pleased with how our daughter looked, you are doing a fantastic job. Claire and Charlie are a credit to your company, it is nice to think that our daughter is being looked after by two people who are very committed. We thank you for putting our minds at rest about the level of care she is given, once again thank you and your staff for being there for her.

Bridgwater is a lively market town in Somerset, England. It is located on the major communication routes through South West England and is close to Weston-super-Mare, Taunton and Exeter. There are many activities available in the town including a town centre with many shops and, as it is on the edge of the Somerset levels, there are open green areas that provide tranquility.
