The application process

Our recruitment process involves submitting an application form, and if successful, attending an interview.

To apply for a vacancy, please visit the website page of the vacancy you are interested in. From there, you can apply online or download an application pack. See our vacancies.

Alternatively you can call our recruitment line on 01934 708772 or 01934 527346 and one will be sent in the post. The application pack includes information about CTS, the job description and specification and application form.

All job offers are subject to two satisfactory references, an approved and enhanced Disclosure and Baring check (DBS, formerly CRB) and completion of a medical questionnaire. One of the references should ideally be from the most recent employer and applications form should not have any unexplained gaps in work history.

Once a staff member has started working in their new role, they will need to pass a probation period that may be 6-12 months in duration. The outcome of the probation period will be assessed on the basis of performance during this time.

On successful completion of probation, all staff members have the opportunity to gain accredited qualifications.
