Community Therapeutic Services manages the risk of slavery and human trafficking through organizational policies, due diligence in employment procedures and training.

All staff are trained on the Whistleblowing Policy and the company promotes full disclosure and values of anti-oppressive practice to promote ethical social care as the core of our business activities.
