Dr Emily Bladon-Wing says...

“I love my work. The most satisfying part of it is being able to provide a community service for people that would usually be waiting for discharge in hospital, or for those having a crisis in the community. I feel the essential part of our person centred care is in how we approach the understanding of the individuals needs and then provide a service based around these”.
