All job offers are subject to two satisfactory references, an approved and enhanced Disclosure and Baring check (DBS, formerly CRB) and completion of a medical questionnaire. One of the references should ideally be from the most recent employer and applications form should not have any unexplained gaps in work history.
Once a staff member has started working in their new role, they will need to pass a probation period that may be 6-12 months in duration. The outcome of the probation period will be assessed on the basis of performance during this time.
On successful completion of probation, all staff members have the opportunity to gain accredited qualifications.
