Unless you specifically choose to work every weekend, all staff members who work a shift system are guaranteed every other weekend off. We also try to accommodate a month in advance rota so that staff are fully aware of what duties they have so they can plan their lives accordingly.
You will have 30 days annual leave per year, pro-rata, (including bank holidays), rising to a maximum of 35 days (terms and conditions apply).
If you choose to do sleep-in duties, you will receive additional payments, and waking night duties also have an enhanced waking night pay rate.
We offer very competitive rates of pay dependent on skills, experience and attributes and have an excellent training programme for all staff.
We operate a company sick pay scheme. Under this scheme, any employee who has completed 12 months continuous service with CTS will be provided with up to a total of 5 days at full pay during any period or periods of certified sickness absence in any period of 365 days.
We operate a pension scheme in line with Government requirements and all qualifying staff will be auto-enrolled into the pension scheme. You may opt out of this by informing us in writing.

All you need to do is recommend CTS to potential new employees, ask them to Mention you on the application form or at interview. Upon completion of their Induction Training you will receive £150.00 and on completion of 6-month continuous service you will receive £100.00.
