Our staff have been nominated for, and have won a number of prestigious awards in this last year. Some of these have been from the Care Industry, and other have been from Health or other Industries. The mix of mutli-professional dynamics has been something that we are proud of developing over the years. We feel it offers a broader view and an innovative service that enables staff who work with us to provide the right care in the right place, at the right time.
Dr David Bladon-Wing recently achieved an award from the Faculty of Forensic and Clinical Psychology within the British Psychological Society for “Innovation in Practice”
He has also become a Consultant for BILD within the Centre for Advancement for Positive Behaviour Support.
Peter Warren has just won the amazing award of “Outstanding Contribution to Health and Social Care” at the recent “Care and Support West” Awards. We are very proud of Peter, as he has worked so hard for a number of years and achieves fantastic outcomes for the individuals he supports.

Laura Welch works in Bridgwater Court and was nominated for the Outstanding Care Worker Award from Care Focus earlier this year.
We are very proud to say that Laura became a finalist in this category in April 2017 and continues in her role to provide excellent service user outcomes and person centred care. Well done Laura!
