What people say about working for us?
‘I have been working for CTS for just over 2 years now. While I am based in one home, I am more than happy to work across the board in all homes. The support runs throughout the company. All homes are welcoming, and service user’s needs and wants are at the heart of all hard work that’s put in. Throughout my time at CTS all positive achievements I have made have been recognised. Staff are all noticed and praised individually as well as in a team. Each and every service user is different, and we’re all trained correctly and to a very high standard to ensure we are comfortable and confident with working alongside.
The high standard of care is delivered throughout. Everyday a new challenge is brought to us and it is faced as a team! Brilliant place to work!’
