We are looking for a dynamic and high performing Operations Manager to join our team with the following skills and qualities:
Lead a group of Home Managers to ensure all homes are being managed effectively and that all compliance including CQC requirements and Company Financial Planning is achieved. Management responsibilities are met through alignment with Company strategic business direction and the ethos of Positive Behavioural Support to the People who use the service.
Ensure all our Homes are providing person-centred care and support and are compliant with all legal, contractual, and organisational requirements.
Work with colleagues to promote existing Homes and to develop new ones.
To take a strategic and/or specialist lead in a specified area of service development and provision.
To lead on effecting change where appropriate.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
Have appropriate, relevant, and current experience as an Operations Manager and experience of a Registered Manager (or similar) in a residential setting
Proven track record of leading at team efficiently and effectively providing operational and strategic direction, setting goals and targets for the Home Managers, ensuring these are successfully achieved in line with the business goals.
Drive quality assurance, ensuring legal, clinical, statutory, financial, and organisational obligations are met, to develop effective working strategies and processes, to ensure that the business is run in an efficient and responsible manner.
Support the Home Managers to ensure that the individuals we support lead a valued and fulfilling life and to maximise their independence to enable them to achieve their full potential,
Promote a learning culture, ensuring that the training compliance levels are met and maintained.
Salary: £36,000.00 to £38,000.00 /year
