“I have worked all my professional life seeking to improve the life choices and outcomes for adults with learning disabilities. I fully believe in them as individuals and recognise their right to have their own voice and to be at the centre of their own lives. As the operational manager for Community Therapeutic Services I now use my knowledge and experience in support of our registered managers, so that individuals receive the right support from our services and where the desire to generate quality outcomes for them is paramount and a core value of all that we do.”
