Miss Nicola Oakley is the Director of Finance & Business Development at CTS. Nicola manages the financial function of the Company, the Finance Team and is part of the Senior Management Team. Nicola works closely with the Operational Manager and Service Managers to manage the finances of the Company and the finances for the people who use our services. Nicola also works closely with the people who use our services and their families when they require assistance with financial matters.
Nicola has worked in care provision finance and social housing finance in the North Somerset area for 13 years in a number of different services including Supported Living, Residential Care, Nursing Care and LD & Mental Health care services. Nicola joined CTS 7 years ago as the Business Manager when the company had just opened the second residential service. Her role has developed as the company has expanded and during her time with the Company she has become the Finance Manager and then the Financial Controller. Nicola has qualifications in in care provision (NVQ4 Leadership and Management for Care Services) and HR (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Intermediate Level). She is currently working towards an Operational Level qualification in CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
