Operations Manager, Senior Management Team

Miss Claire Chapman is the Operations Manager for CTS. Claire has worked in Health and Social Care for 18 years and has worked for CTS for the past 11 years. Claire has worked in a number of services provided by CTS. She began working with CTS as a support worker, she was then promoted to a senior support worker, and then progressed to Registered Manager before becoming our Operations Manager. Claire works alongside our managers to ensure that we are delivering the best support possible to the people who use our services and advocates individual choice and control wherever possible, as well as supporting the managers to ensure they are always working in line with best practice.

CTS approach every situation in a person centred way and striving to achieve positive outcomes for the service users is at the heart of CTS. From choosing room colours to creating support packages the service user is always treated as an individual and receive care to the highest of standards.

The training provided for staff excels all other companies that I have previously work for. Staff are encouraged and supported to widen their knowledge and skills, as well as facilitating staff to attend training provided by outside organisations CTS also provide in house training on a regular basis which is delivered by highly skilled individuals.
