People often comment that I have been with the company for quite some time now and I am always proud to reply that I have been with the company from the very early days which always leads to the question, what’s kept you there?
CTS approach every situation in a person centred way and striving to achieve positive outcomes for the service users is at the heart of CTS. From choosing room colours to creating support packages the service user is always treated as an individual and receive care to the highest of standards.
The training provided for staff excels all other companies that I have previously work for. Staff are encouraged and supported to widen their knowledge and skills, as well as facilitating staff to attend training provided by outside organisations CTS also provide in house training on a regular basis which is delivered by highly skilled individuals.
